Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Solvexors subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or annual). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service was not substantially used (no AI generations, mock interviews, or applications submitted). Renewals are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@solvexors.com from the email address on your account with your order ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

5. Failed payments & disputes

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination.

6. Tenant / institutional plans

Colleges and recruiter accounts on annual or custom contracts are governed by the terms of their signed agreement, which supersedes this policy.
