These Terms govern your use of Solvexors (“Solvexors”, “we”, “us”, “our”) — a career platform that helps students build resumes, practice interviews, and connect with colleges and recruiters. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Accounts are personal and may be locked to a single device at a time.
You may upload resumes, profile information, video introductions, and answers to intake questions. You confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you own (or have permission to share) any content you upload.
Solvexors uses third-party AI providers to tailor resumes, score interviews, generate practice questions, and produce career recommendations. By using these features, you consent to your resume, profile, and answers being sent to those providers for processing. AI output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing it before sharing externally.
If you join a college tenant or apply to a posting, your profile, resume, assessment results, and employability scores may be visible to that college’s placement officers, college admins, and to the recruiters of postings you apply to. You can stop sharing by leaving the tenant or withdrawing your application.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Solvexors platform, brand, and software are owned by Solvexors. You retain ownership of your own resume content and uploads, and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process them solely to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee interview success, job offers, ATS scores, or any specific career outcome. Recommendations and scores are guidance, not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvexors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunity, data, or profits arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
